1. SHIPPING

1.1. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

1.2. Each piece is made individually upon request, so it can take between 15 and 20 working days to produce them in our workshop in Valencia, Spain.

1.3. The production time does not include shipping. The estimated delivery time will be between 15 and 20 business days.

1.4. There are not two identical pieces as the production process itself involves variations in each.

1.5. At the time of placing the order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.

1.8. The cost of each shipment is calculated automatically by country and is detailed at the checkout. Each country determines the shipping cost.

1.9. In the case of countries outside the European Union, the customer will also be responsible for any fees, taxes or fees fixed by the country of destination. Any expenses caused by the non-acceptance of such fees shall be borne by the customer.

2. RETURNS

2.1. Returns will not be possible as it is a handcrafted product specially made for you. I recommend that you make sure that you get the correct size and make a responsible purchase.
